Wilmington office is absolutely terrible. Doctor said she would send a prescription never sent it and then CLOSED her office before getting it sent. Not the first time that’s happened. Now it’s been at least an hour for her to send a prescription. If you want to be treated like your health doesn’t matter, this is the place to go. Can’t wait to switch medical groups!
RecommendedMy husband and I really like the Wilmington Primary care, the staff are super nice, and very helpful. The girls at the front desk know who we are without giving them our name. Allison is our care provider and she's great! She listens to you and tries to get to the bottom of your ailments. 10 out of 10 stars for Wilmington Primary Care.
I really liked this place at first. Been going there almost 2 years. Recently I needed my everyday prescriptions refilled & tried many times to get them refilled and no luck. After a month, they finally tell me that the dr. I was seeing was no longer there & in order for my meds to be refilled, I needed to come in. Why wasn’t I told this at the beginning or contacted when he left? I am very displeased about this and have found a new dr
absolutely I will tell everyone every way I know how not to ever go here. 1. never ever get your test results - even though they tell you they will call. 2. paying for doctor visit & never do you see your doctor ( always one in training) 3. promise you your referrals & they NEVER give them on time, you have to scout them down. They've made their money from you so now the doctors have no use for you - just want your money. They actually have 1 doctor that is a germaphobic - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ?
