RecommendedWent to visit Dr Odocha for thyroid issues. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was able to get an ultrasound of my thyroid gland as well as blood work done right in the office without having to go to a lab. My labs came back clear and Dr. Odocha explained everything to me and I am very grateful. I will return again!
I highly endorse Katie Swan and think she provides one of the best patient experiences I have ever had. However, this practice is stunted by its front desk, who often do not return calls and treat patients in a very transactional manner. I wouldn't complain if it were a call here and there that wasn't returned, but it has genuinely been every single time they were supposed to call me back for over a year. Doctors here are nice and knowledgeable, but the receptionist is awful and has terrible customer service skills and seems like she feels bothered by the fact that people even call to schedule an appointment.
Same day appointments. They are attentive and have excellent follow up. Online check in and payments are a breeze! All staff are friendly and professional.
