So I’ve decided to update and edit my reviews each time I come to this building just to see if my experience improves with the staff members and it does not. I wish I could give 0 stars if that were an option. First, I want to make it clear that my issue is with one specific provider, Dr. Dorothy Alveranga. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been extremely disappointing. Back in early April, I called to request a lab order that I needed for school by May. I was told it would take about two business days, but nothing was ever sent. I had recommended many people to this practice because of the excellent care I received a few years ago. Today, I was contacted by a receptionist who happily informed me that my appointment was canceled because my primary care provider’s name wasn’t listed on my card. The provider is retiring, and she wouldn’t be working that day. I explained to her that I am facing a serious medical issue, and rather than spending $475 at the ER, I thought it would be better to see a primary care physician.
