They're the best and kind-hearted doctor in Hawaii. Dr.Sonido, Dr. Bautista, Dr. GO i'm proud that they are my doctor because they're kind-hearted and i'm always feeling better after they treat me.
The doctors at this location are great, but the medical staff is not. They struggle to follow directions and getting through to the office via phone is impossible. Do not use this location for Workers' Compensation claims. The staff's inability to follow simple instructions from claims adjusters has caused massive delays in my treatment and unnecessary denials. Great medical care, but the administrative hurdles aren't worth the stress.

Dr. Bautista and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. When I moved to Honolulu, I needed to find a new PCP as a top priority. I was welcomed here with open arms and I am so grateful. The office is comfortable, clean and easily accessible.
