One of the worst physician I've ever been to. Most doctors take an examination of a patient to make sure what type of pain level is going on i.e. "on a scale of 1 to 10 how much does this hurt?" This lady didnt even ask that. She didnt fully exam or touch the area of pain. Her nurse did more than her. I wasted time and money for physical care that I could have ( and did) diagnosed myself. Thanks for nothing!
I highly recommend Dr Burugu for a primary care physician. Dr Burugu also specializes in internal medicine, which makes her a good listener who is very patient and very thorough when evaluating a medical condition. She is accessible on short notice. I especially like the fact that she never leaves the room without asking “is there anything else” I want to know or to say. Excellent doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Burugu, to anyone looking for a wonderful PCP, with experience and genuine kindness. She is fantastic! I just love her! She listens, and she cares. Best PCP I've ever had!
Dr. Burugu has always been kind, attentive, and able to fulfill all my prescription needs quickly by mail order, eliminating the need to see specialists. Quick and easy!
Long waits, doctor doesn't listen completely, rushed inside patient room, wrong paperwork when I left with another patients info, staff gossiped to me about their work, and then medication not called in until the next day. Skip this doctor. She's horrible and so is her staff.
