Have been going to them for years. Both the urgent care and appointment side. Have family members now going. Have gotten nothing but the best care. Also use them as my primary doctor.
PA, Michael Clarke was the best. Very thorough, great attention to detail and courteous. Glad I went. The best urgent Care visit of any urgent Care ever! Great job!!
Dr Jessica Copeland is always so sweet and caring. All of the doctors I've ever seen there are great, myself and family always receive excellent care.
Went with my 2 year old grandson for stitches on his chin. The staff was incredible. They made the experience so much easier for his mom. We have used them multiple times and always have a great experience.
If at all possible, do not go here! I've been a patient at Urgent Medical for years, but the experience has done nothing but go downhill since my regular doctor, Dr. Dunn, moved to another practice. On the Urgent Care side, the wait times are atrocious, and I've never seen a doctor in less than 2.5 hours. On the appointment center side, it can take weeks to get an appointment with your regular doctor. While I like most of the doctors there (which is the only reason for the second star), the front-of-house staff is terrible. ... read more
I give Urgent Medical 5 stars!!!! I came here after visiting the emergency room twice in two weeks. I got no where near the care I received at Urgent Care. All of the front desk staff were friendly and kind. My doctor and the gentleman who did my xrays were thorough and seemed to really want to meet my needs for me to feel better. I was so pleased with my experience here that I decided to make them my primary care physicians.
