My traveling family member, went into this place seeking care because of illness. They DO NOT have walk in services as their online site states. This is a total lack of attention to detail which does not instill a level of trust in how this business is ran.

I'm one week from having outpatient salpingo oopherectomy at Cones Wesley Long cancer center, recovery time before driving, etc is one week. I find out that I am down to only 1 of my high blood pressure rx, amlopidine. I call my PCP office , Primary Care at Pomona and they refused to refill, or even give me any other options except to come in to be evaluated. I’ve been coming here for 18 years and came here every Time we were in town years ago . Was sad to see Dr Steve Daub retire , but there are still wonderful physicians here !! Chelle Jeffries , Dr Kristi Smith to name2 ! Awesome service and always with a smile ! Front desk help is always helpful and cheerful !
Worst people ever you will deal with. Most of the physicians here are extremely rude and unprofessional and most of the representatives here are very rude, helpless, unaware of process. This is why the ratings for a urgent care is 2.9 out of 5. I will give this place a 0. This place used to have many good physicians and nurses in the past. I have been going to this location from 5 years and they were a great unit. I have received incredible care from Urgent Medical Care since 1996. My PCD, Dr. Robert Doolittle, took amazing care of me for 22 years. He must have had a photographic memory; he never had to be reminded of my past illnesses, surgeries or family issues.
