The employees up front were polite and helpful. The Doctor Isoksan was late and scolded me about my responsibility to know if my insurance covered a new 400 dollar test he offered which would only indicate a viral sickness that he had no way of treating. Overall I would rate the office as average with Dr. Isakon rating about a 3/10 based on punctuality, concern for patient, and knowledge of which insurance programs helped with expensive clinical test's. This PCA is outstanding, consistently respectful, prompt, thorough, and skilled. Dr.Isakson has always been excellent and I’ve never had a bad experience with any nurse or medical assistant.
