Have been going to them for at least 20 years & it was always a friendly family atmosphere but the last few interactions have made me consider looking for another provider. Some of the front desk staff are not friendly or helpful , in fact the last few times I’ve called staff acted like i was putting them out for having to speak to me at all. Even on a busy night I was taken good care of.
Nurse practitioner Young was excellent, she went out of her way to give me the best care.
Urgent care was quick and efficient and had me fixed up for the weekend!
I was very happy that her physician took the time to explain all options and her opinions about each with my daughter. She spoke to her and not at her. My daughter felt that she truly understood her options.
i followed Dr. Coverdale from his former practice and am very glad i did. the staff at Primary Care are courteous, friendly and professional. i was greeted warmly by each staff member and felt accepted as valuable to each of them. thank you for the kindness from your staff.
