The salad is normal. The potatoes were okay. But the prime rib the star of the show was very very lacking. We ordered medium rare south point cut but it was very tough and chewy. I’m not quite sure of the hype. There was also no cap on the ribeye which I’ve never seen before. Maybe that’s just on the south point cut? Wish it would have been mentioned though as that is often the best part. Service was excellent and the best part about the restaurant. All in all a disappointing experience.
