Employees do not greet. They act as if you’re not there. Very unprofessional.
Previous PB Management. Have been to multiple locations on the Eastern US and Midwest. This location had a fair amount of parking but I could see it filling up. Out of their control. Handicap accessible. Biggest and only complaint, the entrance. You walk in immediately to a wall. If there's a wait there is nowhere to stand and feels very clostrophobic. Also out of their control.
