This locations is not great. They often get the order wrong and you have to wait for so long. They served me a salald with NO FRIES for god's sake!
I hate leaving a negative review for a Pittsburgh staple, but the Primanti Bros. in the South Side has really gone downhill. The food just isn’t what it used to be. The quality and consistency have noticeably dropped, and unfortunately the service has been even more disappointing. On recent visits, the service has been slow, inattentive, and overall just not what you expect when you go out and spend money on a meal.
