Primanti brothers were off their game this time around. We called earlier in the day to inform of a larger party of 10 people. When we showed up, they were understaffed. One server for inside and outside, 1 bartender for all. New cooks in the back, cranking food out of the kitchen. The only problem with that was 2 chicken dishes raw in the middle.
