Worst service ive had was sitting here with my wife for about 25 minutes and they didn’t even come to are table to get are drink orders the servers were just standing around talkin its ashame because the service use to be alot better and it was just unacceptable
Oh my! Last night was my first time at Primanti Brothers. I had the new naked wings and was served by the lovely Joselyn. She was by far the loveliest server I’ve ever had. She was truly charismatic, charming and had a smile that dazzled. I’ve never had a server that made feel so welcome. From the moment I walked in, it was like we were best friends that reunited after months of not seeing each other. If there’s any reason I go back to Primanti Brothers, it’s because of Joselyn! Hold her tight.
