What a gem of studio! Kala is truly a master of his craft and is so knowledgable and patient while he helped me select some new pieces. I called the studio wondering if Kala offered a jewelry change service. He was incredibly polite and informative over the phone, so I went in and got my nose jewelry changed out that same day. The studio was clean, comfortable, and impeccably decorated and Kala was the consummate professional. He explained every step of the process and cautioned me against using certain types of metals. Kala is the GOAT!! I have been getting pierced by Kala since 2001 in Hilo, HI. I've got tongue, surface bars, tragus, forward helix, conch, neck dermal, spiral helix (I'm probably missing some), and most recently flew from Hilo, HI to Vegas and got a vertical labret. Main reason I will always go to Kala is how sterile he is when piercing. He washed his hands and put new gloves on at least 5x while prepping my vertical labret. I got both sides of my nose pierced and had a fabulous outcome and visit. The location is easy to get to and the studio is very clean and sterile. He went through all the steps and explained everything to me and my daughter. I will be going back for my nose jewelry. I love the fact that he took is time and made sure I was all right all through the process. I recomed Primal Soul to everyone. Great prices too that include jewelry.
