I had a bump on a recent piercing that just kept growing and bugging me and I had no idea what it was. Got recommended to come here since they told me he’s very knowledgeable and smart. Got in, told him the issue, he knew instantly what was the problem. I was told the jewelry was indeed not medical titanium like I was first told. He cleaned it up, took off the bump, get me better and ACTUAL medical grade titanium jewelry. Looks way better and it feels better. Totally recommend!!!!

My 15 year old daughter and I have been coming here for a year, and Kala has done 5 different piercings for her. Every time has been a GREAT experience, which is why we always come back! As a mom who's child already has anxiety issues, I trust this place implicitly to do piercings and my child is totally comfortable there. The owner/Piercer Kala is Super knowledgeable, GREAT bedside manner, Clean shop and sanitary piercing area. 10 stars!!! All the piercings in the pictures below are all done at Primal Soul Piercing Studio!
