I would like to be able to review their toothpowder package and natural toothpowder in peppermint, which I ordered over a month ago BUT, I never received the shipment! Primal life told us to take it up with the shipper (USPS). Will do so, and stop the payment through our credit card. At this point in time I can say that I wouldn’t order from them again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT!

Unfortunately, USPS loses packages and this is out of our control. When this happens, we are more than happy to reship packages- which is what we did. I show that your second package was delivered June 29th. I am really sorry for the confusion and delay- and glad the second package made it to your home.
This company showed up as an ad on Facebook. The ad was for tooth powder that can heal cavities. I am a dental professional and know that NOTHING can cure a cavity. I commented with my professional opinion and the person managing the page deleted my comments and blocked me from the page. It's one thing to sell a product as an alternative to regular toothpaste, it is another to make outrageous claims that it has magical healing properties and will heal your cavities. I ordered the sample dirty mouth tooth powder...It WAS GREAT!! I had some old marks on my teeth that just wouldn't go away no matter how much I brushed.... within two weeks they were disappearing...I loved how my teeth felt. I am going to ORDER MORE. Something else I would like to point out.... when you order a FREE SAMPLE you can USUALLY EXPECT to be shipped another at FULL PRICE, but not with this company. It's free to TRY and if you want more you have to ORDER IT. LOVE IT!!

I agree that their products are very expensive. I actually on buy them when there is a sale or if I get one of their discount coupons. I have not had the experience of an extra item being sent to me or marked as an item I am purchasing without my knowledge. To comment about the other reviewers remark about the Black Peppermint Tooth Powder-yes it is charcoal...and mint and minerals. It tells you that when you check out the item description. I have to agree with the only review posted here. The products are very expensive and though I thought I had ordered one set of some cosmetics I ended up receiving two. When I complained about their site they said, PROBLEM RESOLVED and I was stuck with 2 of these sets which I won't ever use. The products really aren't that good. This company sneaks unordered items on your order by already having items "checked" on your order. If you don't notice and "uncheck" the box you get charged for additional item you didn't want. I luckily caught added item prior to them shipping but many other customers weren't so lucky. They received unwanted item "usually gum serum" and are told they will only get refund when customer ships item back at their own expense.
