I ordered the teeth whitening system from them for my wife. After following the directions meticulously for almost 2 months now, there has been absolutely no change if the shade of tooth coloring. I reached out to the company about a refund. The company has a 30 day return limit, so my purchase was beyond the stated time frame. Their products are garbage and should not be purchased by anyone.

I have sent primal life organics five messages with no response as well as have called them. Their email is automated response and there is no way to get through to them. It has been six months and I have had no response nor refund. do not buy from this company! That was my mistake.

The Teeth Whitening Device quit working in less than 30 days. Poor quality!!!! ***** and Support team were contacted by email but no reply. Poor service because the reply I got was auto response possibly not even reading my email.

I've tried many natural deodorants and PLO is by far the best. Love their tooth podwer and gum serum as well. Just started using the face serums and am pleased thua far.

I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 2 years. Recently they changed the deodorant ingredients to include zinc oxide. I don’t have an issue with this ingredient however in deodorant it becomes sticky and does not blend in, creating marks/stains on my clothes no matter how lightly it’s applied. On top of that, it crumbles and falls apart. I reached out to them regarding this issue and was told that they do not do refunds on opened product. I like their products, so I did auto renew. But then I had too much product & they wouldn't take it back. I can't get off the auto renew list and they keep sending me messages on Messenger & when they asked if I would like to unsubscribe to just say so. So I wrote Unsubscribe & they sent me another form that said do I really want to Unsubscribe? This place is like getting out of an Ocult. Worst part is they are on my paypal account so I can't stop them from debiting my account when they want to auto renew again.

I love the products, yes they are costly, but you use very little so they last a long while. I have never had any issue with my orders, except on a t-shirt which came in a size I could not wear. However, it was apparently MY error on the order. I had ordered 2 different ones, and one was correct. I contacted the company. They sent me the correct size, with NO additional charge, AND told me to keep the one that was an error. Not many companies will do that when the error was on MY end!

Horrible company, scams scams scams!!! No returns allowed on expensive products that do not work...and no customer service support team
