I tried a weeks worth of meal packs in preparation for a kickboxing tournament. My goal was to lose five pounds by eating a clean, healthy diet and be a little faster. Instead of my boring plain chicken/rice diet I replaced one meal a day with a Primal Gourmet meal... Amazing food as always I would suggest the chicken tenders to everyone.
Primal Gourmet is a fantastic new restaurant alternative in Irmo. Their ingredients are local and seasonal. I had a hard time picking from today's menu with all the guilt-free, unique recipes. It's obvious they care about quality - both their food and service. I can't wait to try the blueberry bacon pimento cheese the next time I visit.
Food was fantastic. Absolutely no complaints.
Just had the grilled chicken with strawberry bbq sauce and I licked the bbq sauce off the bottom of the container- it was that good. All around delicious, perfectly portioned and left me feeling really satisfied. Would pick this over going out to a sit down restaurant any day.
Four stars until I get a bigger array of samples to compare! So far, my favorite was the chicken salad....with cheddar, dried cherries and bacon! Made my head spin! We have needed a place like this in Irmo! And so convenient!
This place I love!! They are so quick and convenient and reasonably priced for the quality of gourmet food. Not to mention the people are always wonderful!!
Hands down the best to go meals in Columbia and you cannot beat the prices! Bought meals for the week that would cost way more at the store! So glad primal is here for delicious meals at an incredible price!!
I had never been here, i smelled it one day going post office and lets just say it smelled amazing. So i asked the people at post office about it and they easily convinced me check it out. So i did, i ordered an individual meal, ate it for lunch. Absolutely incredible. I have all intentions of going back today and this was yesterday! :)
