Aaaaaaammmmmmmaaaazzzziiinnnngggggg. The food is so fresh and done right! It’s not freezer friendly in my opinion however I have never had it last longer than a few days before I consume it all. If you are on a meal plan and wasting your time cooking STOP they do all the work for you and your body will thank you! They will have my business for a long time and I will tell anyone I know to go their way!
