We came here - our first time - during the mid-afternoon for a late lunch. Apparently it's the best time to visit, as we had the place to ourselves. I had the cast iron seared salmon w/remoulade sauce, cauliflower rice, fire roasted corn & black beans, and unsweetened iced tea. Yummy. Truly yummy!

Very good food at a very good value. We got the family meal deal with the mesquite chicken (the bbq sauce was DELICIOUS!) and some sides.
Great healthy meals, eat in or take away. There is also a market for grab and go items.
Went to Primal Gourmet for the first time the other day and loved it! Margaret was awesome and very helpful when recommending awesome things to try! The bacon Mac and Cheese is to die for! Will definitely be back weekly as they have great deals on enough food to prep my lunches/dinners for the work week!
First time! I Work right down the street and had some chicken and veggies for lunch and it was so yummy will be back again 🤤
