Dr Wright is great, however I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get an appointment here of late for issues that are not urgent but equally important nevertheless. The Medeo app appointments error out when attempted to be booked within a few seconds of being posted, the reception cannot help with booking appointments either. Even prescription renewals are being charged for without appointments, but how do you get appointments? What if you need blood work before renewing the prescriptions?
While he is a solid doctor, he makes it almost impossible to get an appointment to renew prescriptions and speak about mental health. 4 weeks I've been trying to get in to speak about prescriptions for asthma and mental health but instead, I had to have my pharmacy request my prescription refills, to which I was charged $30.00. Impossible to make an appointment and then get charged for the pharmacy requesting a refill without an appointment!
***GO TO A WALK-IN*** Try to get an appointment once, maybe it will work for you, but then go to a walk-in clinic if it doesn't. Save yourself the stress and anxiety of getting stuck in their ridiculous booking system.
