Dr Wright is mediocre and the clinic is an absolute train wreck. If you have any other option for a family doctor, I strongly advise you choose them instead. If not, be prepared for the most frustrating experience of your life trying to book an appointment with this clinic.
People tend to review when they have a bad experience and I want to point out the positives. I am not going to a doctor to get cuddled and made feel everything is right. I am going to doctor to understand my ailemnt and discuss what is possible realistically. In that regard, he (Dr Wright) is gem of a doctor. I rated 1/5 because 0 is not an option. Full disclosure: this is not my physician but my husband’s. Every Monday morning at 9:30, this office supposedly “releases” appointments for the week ahead and if you aren’t lucky enough in the Hunger Games that ensues to reach the cornucopia to be granted access to this physician’s wonderful self, you are out of luck. He makes it impossible to get an appointment to renew prescriptions and speak about mental health. 4 weeks I've been trying to get in to speak about prescriptions for asthma and mental health but instead, I had to have my pharmacy request my prescription refills, to which I was charged $30.00. So if you are looking for a doctor who you can't see in person and want to pay for your prescriptions, then this is the clinic for you. Dr Wright is great, however I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get an appointment here of late for issues that are not urgent but equally important nevertheless. The Medeo app appointments error out when attempted to be booked within a few seconds of being posted, the reception cannot help with booking appointments either. Even prescription renewals are being charged for without appointments, but how do you get appointments? What if you need blood work before renewing the prescriptions?
