I was a patient when Dr Wright was in Barrhaven and then it was possible to book an appointment, he moved to kanata and was still able to get an appointment since he opened his clinic in Stittsville it absolutely awful. Impossible to get an appointment and if you are luck enough to book something online they cancel it on you right before the appointment. This dr should not be in practice. He has no compassion for his patients. There is never any appointments for 50+ and when you cannot get into seeing him and go to another wslk in clinic .i have been trying for months to see him. He gets upset. Not everyone can use a computer to make their appoints either Medeo.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mitchell Wright and his secretary. Dr. Mitchell is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. His secretary was also incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient, making appointments and communication smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for your outstanding care and exceptional service. I highly recommend this clinic!
I became a patient of Dr Wright at his first clinic. At the beginning it was great, easy to talk too, offered advice. Over the last 10yrs his service degraded to a point where you were better off not making an appointment, and hoping whatever was wrong would just go away. The frustration alone from just attempting to book an appointment became comical. Only able to call on one specific day at one specific time to try to book your 15mins with him.
