I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mitchell Wright and his secretary. Dr. Mitchell is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. His secretary was also incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient, making appointments and communication smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for your outstanding care and exceptional service. I highly recommend this clinic!
I became a patient of Dr Wright at his first clinic. At the beginning it was great, easy to talk too, offered advice. Over the last 10yrs his service degraded to a point where you were better off not making an appointment, and hoping whatever was wrong would just go away. The frustration alone from just attempting to book an appointment became comical. Only able to call on one specific day at one specific time to try to book your 15mins with him. IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK AN APPOINYMENT! Stop telling me I shouldnt go to a walk in clinic and then make it IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. Even when I follow your rules and try and book an emergency appointment I get an email that you have declined it and I need to go to the hospital! When even the receptionist admits this is a horrible set up, maybe a change needs to be made.
Edit: The app is updated now to include quick 1 min appointments. Dr Wright is great, however I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get an appointment here of late for issues that are not urgent but equally important nevertheless. The Medeo app appointments error out when attempted to be booked within a few seconds of being posted, the reception cannot help with booking appointments either. Never had an issue before, but lately it’s absolutely impossible to book an appointment!!! 9:30 bookings are open, 9:31 bookings are not available!!! This is ridiculous!!! I pay my taxes in time but somehow I can’t get a proper healthcare when I need it!!!
