Set up a ticket machine and use an intercom so there’s not just a bunch of sick or disabled people to shy to talk in a cramped room lol. but also was refused cause the right doctor wasn't there after waiting in line before. Went early the next day, line again and then wouldn’t accept Alberta works paying for the forms filled out like I thought. Seems better but just was blown away. (Edited to be less angry)
I’ve visited the clinic several times, and every experience has been excellent. They are always kind, friendly, and genuinely caring toward their patients.
We always go here and it’s always been fantastic!
Very unfriendly and unprofessional secretary staff. We had an appointment for first thing at 11am, she never even checked if there were appointments and even after we told her, she was letting others go before us. Not impressed at all, why both having an appointment if the staff doesn't pay attention to it.
