Sometimes a bit of a wait but always pleasant . Happy with our doctor and the nurses.
This place is ridiculous. Been trying to call them says it opens at 9 o’clock. Well it is 911 and still nobody is answering. All I get is an answering machine saying that the clinic is going to close May 27 at 1 o’clock and open May 28 at 9 o’clock. It’s July 8. And the answering machine says this person is not taking any messages at this time
The only reason this dump gets one star is because I can't give it zero. I had an 11:30 appointment, yet I was left rotting there until 1:30 before I walked out. The receptionists are arrogant, power-tripping shells of human beings who acted like my time meant nothing. This dermatologist clearly doesn't give a damn about his schedule, forcing everyone to wait indefinitely while he drags his feet with patients. Set up a ticket machine and use an intercom so there’s not just a bunch of sick or disabled people to shy to talk in a cramped room lol. but also was refused cause the right doctor wasn't there after waiting in line before. Went early the next day, line again and then wouldn’t accept Alberta works paying for the forms filled out like I thought. Seems better but just was blown away. (Edited to be less angry)
