I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vavougios for 11+ years now, and he’s been the most kind and compassionate physician I have ever met. He is not just competent but he’s also empathetic to whatever it is I’m going through. Staff are amazing too. Dealing with patients and sick people is not an easy gig, but they’re always doing best they can to serve the patients. We have been with Dr. Hindocha for many many years, everything was fine until he moved here. The reception staff are rude and somewhat incompetent and basic menial tasks, fillind-out forms and/or stamping them. You are treated with arrogance, not even pity but blunt arrogance. I am sorry for Dr. Hindocha which is a saint in my humble opinion, but this move was the worst he could make!
So disappointing not only with the attitude of the ladies of the front desk but the fact that the Dr. my 89 year old ill father has to see cant speak to him for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you should be ashamed to call your self Drs and medical professionals period
