So disappointing not only with the attitude of the ladies of the front desk but the fact that the Dr. my 89 year old ill father has to see cant speak to him for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you should be ashamed to call your self Drs and medical professionals period
Dr. Hindocha is the best doctor we have for over 25 years who never disappointed us with the consultations and treatments we received from him. We moved far from Aurora but we are still visiting him when we need consultations, we are lucky having him as family doctor.
I recently started going here after my doctor moved to this location. Staff are friendly and courteous. I show up for my appointment and no wait time.
My family and I have been patients of Dr Lisa Klassen for a few years now. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her! She is so amazing with my 2 young kids and always takes the time to listen to our concerns, as well as getting us in for an appointment as soon as possible. The other doctors in the office are amazing as well when Dr. Klassen isn’t available. Also, nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at the front desk!
Our fantastic family doc Lisa Klassen was away when I recently came down with strep throat. Dr. Vavougios was punctual in keeping our appointment, thorough in his analysis, ruled out other problems, got the positive antibody results for the infection, and gave clear solutions to the problem. Always so impressed at this clinic!
