I waited for almost an hour for the Dr to come in… and had the waiting room been packed, that would make sense but it was pretty empty. The exam seemed insufficient. I was there for a physical, and I have asthma, and she didn’t even listen to my lungs. The staff was kind, but that’s not enough to keep me there when their doctor provided a subpar experience.
I've never had an appt be late and they have a lab so I can get all my prescriptions here! :) Updated 1/5/22: I've been coming here for years and have always been happy, but I recently came in very sick and was sitting in the back room waiting and heard my doctor begin another appointment in the next room that proceeded to take 20 mins. I came out to ask what was going on and a rude blonde woman said "oh, they book two appointments at once. Thats just how it is. Nothing I can do" in a very rude tone. I was a patient here for 10 years and loved the PA Kayla they used to have and the other PA who replaced her. Unfortunately my husband and I have had to move on from this practice. He spent years being seen by Dr. Shah and was dismissed over and over again when he brought up an ongoing medical concern. When he finally sought a second opinion, he was immediately diagnosed with the condition that Dr. Shah continually said couldn’t possibly be it. Dr. Shah is by far the best primary care physician in town! Dr. Fatima is kind, attentive, and truly listens to her patients. The front desk team is always cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care
My wife Marie has very much enjoyed Dr. Hajera Fatima since she joined PrimaCare Internal Medicine in Tempe for her Primary Care Doctor. Dr. Fatima is very through, caring and spends time listening to her concerns. She feels very well taken care of and would recommend Dr. Fatima to family and friends.
