I want to take a moment to recognize Nancy and Catherine at the front desk of Prima Care for their exceptional customer service. I really like going to this clinic. The ladies on the front desk (Nancy and Caitlin) are both super nice and helpful. Plus, Doctor Fatima cares about her patients a lot. She takes her time to listen to their concerns. I couldn’t ask for a better provider.
Loved Dr Shah but he hasn’t been in much due to other priorities, so we have had to see Dr Fatima. Both visits we had to wait 40 minutes past our appointment. Not acceptable at all, and I don’t feel she has the experience or knowledge that Dr Shah has at all. Felt like our visits were a complete waste of time and money. Time to find a new doctor.
I waited for almost an hour for the Dr to come in… and had the waiting room been packed, that would make sense but it was pretty empty. The exam seemed insufficient. I was there for a physical, and I have asthma, and she didn’t even listen to my lungs. The staff was kind, but that’s not enough to keep me there when their doctor provided a subpar experience.
I've never had an appt be late and they have a lab so I can get all my prescriptions here! :) Updated 1/5/22: I've been coming here for years and have always been happy, but I recently came in very sick and was sitting in the back room waiting and heard my doctor begin another appointment in the next room that proceeded to take 20 mins. I came out to ask what was going on and a rude blonde woman said "oh, they book two appointments at once. Thats just how it is. Nothing I can do" in a very rude tone.
