It's ok. They are helpful but phone calls should be answered more. Or returned.
This place is a disgrace the customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold and then hang up on you. NEVER returns any calls when you leave voice mails. I will not recommend anyone go them at ALL!!!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!! This place is a DISGRACE to the medical field. If I didn't have to mark a star to give my review I will give then NO STARS!!!!! WORSE DR. OFFICE EVER!!!!!!
I can never get through on the phone. They MUST be understaffed. And they NEVER return calls either. Horrible customer service.
