Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Kunchan listens to what you have to say, performs a very detailed physical. she is professional and kind. I just met Ashley and she made my day so much better. Ashley is vibrant, professional and efficient.
Today, as always, I got great service at Primacare in Frisco. I'm always treated right there and can count on their friendliness, expediency, competence and genuine care. Thank you Rena, Kathy, Sarah and Dr Gravely for such good care today!
The front office staff was short and cold. The Dr was rude beyond measure. She had zero bed side manner. She was also short and cold. I am only giving 2 stars for the medical assistants that were nice. Otherwise the would have received a zero from me. I went to this facility for a work physical, so it is likely that I will have to go back. But if they were the only urgent care open, I still would not go for my personal medical care.
