I have had the best care at Frisco. The PAs are amazing. The whole staff really care.

My husband and I both got sick and could not go to our regular doctor so we went to PrimaCare. We saw a PA and he prescribed medications and we went on our merry way. Then we got our bill and this Urgent Care Center decided to bill us as a specialist, not an urgent center. Yes, we only were billed $20 extra apiece but it's the principle of this matter. Don't describe yourself as an urgent care center if you were going to bill as something else. I'm off my rant have a great day
Went to PrimaCare in early April for sever coughing. My blood pressure was really high and the "PAC" that saw me never took an x-ray, and I had to remind him to listen to my chest. He told me he couldn't hear anything but he thought I had a heart problem. He gave me a prescription for amoxicillin and an inhaler. After 2 weeks I ended up going to the emergency room because I was much worse. I had acute bronchitis. I was given a prescription for a Z pack and was well in a week. This PAC was an idiot. Excellent quick professional service. Thorough. Got me in and out and took care of my injured foot. Assured me all was good and there were no broken bones. I'd go back tomorrow; just hoping I don't need to.
