From the moment I walked into Prima Tile, I felt well taken care of and was given unlimited time to make choices. They were outstanding. They came to my house and ripped up an old floor and cleaned the room, installed new Luxury Vinyl Tile. I was afraid to look into the bedroom and told them to come get me when it was completed. At 4:00pm they came and got me and I was totally happy. They did the best job ever and there was no mess. I recommend them highly.
Absolute best! Totally recommend Prima Tile & Carpet who we hired to replace the damaged floor tile and shower walls that were installed by Heritage Floor in our newly built Lennar home. Anything Heritage touched was a total disaster and no support from the builder who hired them after they did a replacement and damaged everything again!!! We had no use of our retirement home for over 10 months and had to live in rented accommodation. We are both in our 70s. The owner Bill, took the time to educate me on luxury vinyl flooring. I ordered it and new 5 inch baseboards for my home. They installed it on the date promised and it looks fantastic. I’m beyond happy.

Bill and his team completed a full tile renovation of our town home. We shopped and found Prime Tile to be competitively priced. Bill was also responsive and if any issue arised he did everything within his power to fix the issue. His workers are hard working and polite. By far a 5 star experience.
