Bill Campbell recently provided our HOA service that was above and beyond normal. After vandalism tore a hole in our clubhouse carpet and we anticipated having to replace the whole carpet, Bill suggested he try to mend the torn area before we spend thousands of dollars. His competitor didn't think it was repairable and just gave us a quote. Bill returned and successfully mended the damaged area. It is rare nowadays to find a vendor who treats you as he/she would hope to be treated. Thank you, Bill.
We are thrilled with our new flooring! The owner, Bill Campbell, was easy to work with. His excellent installers, Tairon and crew, were amazing! They arrived on time, were courteous, careful in moving furniture around, and extremely professional. We could not believe how quickly the job was completed. I highly recommend Prima Tile & Carpet.
From the moment I walked into Prima Tile, I felt well taken care of and was given unlimited time to make choices. They were outstanding. They came to my house and ripped up an old floor and cleaned the room, installed new Luxury Vinyl Tile. I was afraid to look into the bedroom and told them to come get me when it was completed. At 4:00pm they came and got me and I was totally happy. They did the best job ever and there was no mess. I recommend them highly.
