The bald man working in the reception today around 11 am is very rude very passive aggressive he told me the only way I would be able to go back to my room is through calling the cops and telling them I wanted a welfare check on my friend!!!!!!! So so so stupid he left me ringing the intercom for around an hour then sat in the lobby for another 40m I was crying at that point and had to call the cops to get back in 🥰
