Excellent views, amazing amenities, and well-maintained facilities including clean pools, sauna, steam room, and spa. The gym etiquette is well respected, and security is top-notch. Truly one of the best buildings in Southbank. The concierge team is always friendly and helpful - special thanks to Stefan, who has consistently been welcoming and supportive. I had a wonderful one-week stay at Prima Pearl in Melbourne New Year. The service was exceptional, with friendly, attentive staff and highly professional management. The building is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I especially appreciated the honesty of the team—after I accidentally left my phone on the way to the airport, Stefan who is the supervisor safely kept it and returned it to me. Building managers are very unhelpful. The phone number listed in their emails goes straight to the concierge, who repeatedly tells “I’m just the concierge, I can’t do anything.” There is no direct way to speak with management. The only contact option is email, but their responses are slow and unprofessional. This level of inaccessibility and poor customer service makes dealing with any building issues frustrating and stressful. Strongly advise potential residents to consider this before moving in.
