I have been a resident of this building for a couple of years and have observed that some reception staff ladies appear to have issues with lift operation. It seems they intentionally delay the lift, resulting in prolonged wait times. This has happened to me multiple times and it feels annoying specially when u carry heavy stuff . And I've noticed that when others arrive after me, they're able to access the lift promptly. A warning to anyone considering Prima: their customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to reach them for over a week via email and phone with no success, As someone who booked directly on their site, this "ghosting" behavior is unprofessional and unsettling. Thankfully, I hadn't paid yet, or it could have been much worse. If you don't want to deal with pre-trip anxiety, book with a more reputable company.
In a great spot, lots to do and see. Plenty of food options close by
