I would not recommend renting from them. When I signed I was assured “we will give your deposit back unless the place is crazy because we aren’t evil people,” which is a direct quote. In spite of this assurance they have not returned the deposit and have essentially ghosted me. After a few weeks of unreturned texts about getting the deposit back I finally called and was told I would get my deposit back. tried to mess me over with a home they had I had not seen home and I had already paid my deposit for home it was supposed to be ready in a week two weeks late the house was still being worked on I contacted the man and ask him could I see home we sat up a date I showed up he didn't went to get my deposit back and they tried to charge me a 140 bucks for looking at the house be very careful and make sure you write everything down
