We purchased the $10,000 extended warranty when we leased our truck and trailer from these guys. The warranty people are absolutely AWFUL to work with. I submitted an estimate FOUR weeks ago and nothing yet. I have called several times, I have left several voicemails and not one has been returned. Not even a courtesy call to let me know they are working on it still. The worst customer service I have dealt with by far.
