Pride did very little for my recovery. I was there for approx 6 weeks in 2021. The living facility is about 35 minutes away from clinical without traffic, so most days we were in the van for about 2 hours creating a lot of down time. The living facilities and clinical building both are run down and have many maintenance and cleaning ineeds. As far as quality of care and treatment, I didn't feel that the groups or my individual counseling addressed my needs or concerns. This center has a very one size fits all mentality. I would like to share my experience in a few words. This is the seventh time that I have placed myself in a substance abuse program and I believe this is the final attempt. From the first day, I have been greeted with understanding, acceptance, kind hearts and warm smiles. I can tell you that Pride Recovery has been nothing short of a blessing and answered prayers.
