Very responsive and kind. We had an urgent issue on a Sunday, and they replied right away and were at my house with 30 minutes. I got three other quotes, and by far, KB was the most reasonable for the cost and the work done. I felt they were honest and not just trying to sell a product or service. Will definitely use them again.
