Mickey and Bubba loved going to Pride and groom for their salon days. Chrissy, Tina, and Jasmine took really good care of them. Mickey was never happier than when Tina was scratching him with her nails. LOL Bubba just love being petted by Chrissy. My boys have moved on to the Rainbow Bridge, but I have recommended this groomer to my parents, so they could bring their three shih tzus in.
I just have to say that I absolutely love Sam's work! She always does a fantastic job & always remembers that my little nugget has some special instructions. I come to this place (especially during summer) to get my Pom groomed. I can always tell how my Bear feels about a grooming place, & she genuinely likes this place. It gives me comfort to know that she's happy when she's here. I would recommend this place to anyone (especially Sam). Thank you!
Whether we are receiving a bath and brush or a full summer shave, we have received phenomenal service! We highly recommend this groomer!
I took my dog in today to get his nails trimmed, and we had a fantastic experience. He gets major anxiety, and she sat on the floor with me and trimmed them! We will be going back for sure!!
I took my dog there, then a few days later I had to take her to he vet because she had mange. I call to let them know and they could care less didn't offer to help with the bill, nothing!! My dog never leaves the house, so the one time she goes somewhere this happens. So I know that's where it came from plus our vet said it happens often when they don't properly clean their hair trimmers. Don't waste your time unless you want a $509 vet bill to go alone with it.
Jasmine has been grooming "Little Girl" for several months now and has always done a great job. Never waited more than a half hour and the price is right.

We've been going to Pride N Groom for almost 7 years and Chrissy and her staff treat our two boys like the angels that they are...no, really! ☺️ On top of that, we are fosters/volunteers for a large Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue based in Houston and Chrissy has graciously taken on some of my challenging fosters without even batting an eye. I'm sure she's been bit numerous times and she still gives them back to me with a smile on her face. I could ask for a better groomer for all of my babies!
