Horrific service and expensive rates. I asked to be serviced on Jan 2nd. I call to follow up twice a week and even after several 'escalations' my business still hasn't received any service. I've even called management and left voicemails with a call back number and no one has bothered to call with even the slightest of updates. After this many years of low quality customer care I'm changing companies. It's never simple with them! Beware!!!
