Get written confirmation of custom order dimensions. Salesperson took down phone number and dimensions incorrectly. Customer service was good until it wasn't.
These guys are awesome! I had an issue with how I ordered my plow cutting blade, and when I spoke with Nick, the sales manager, he was super understanding. He gave me a few ideas on how to fix the mistake and even said he’d work with me on my next order. Great customer service all around!
Place is a joke. They have a high turnover rate but say they don’t know why. It is because they treat people like garbage. If your trainer doesn’t like you then you have to figure out on your own. It doesn’t matter if you work hard if the leads don’t like you they will go to HR over rumors. I said I might look for a different job.
