Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough Did this dentist answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Would you recommend this dentist to others? Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
