I understand this is student housing, but this is beyond unacceptable. I have lived in crappy apartments, and this complex takes the cake. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The property is disgusting; none of the advertised amenities are available (I lived there a year and never ONCE was able to use the pool I was paying for because it was drained and covered.
