Zero integrity! Stay away! Worked out all the details when I was in the office to sign the lease. Was told by Kristina my son could pick up the keys on Aug. 1. So we planed his return to school accordingly. When he showed to get the keys on Aug 6. He was told he would have to pay $350 or wait until until Aug. 14. No mention of this previously. Awful!! Unit is damaged in a storm and we are told to come get our personal belongs and move out. Yet they still charge us for the remainder of that month and the two following months rent??? DO NOT rent from these people.
If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I made a review before but they got google to delete it, so here we go again! This complex was like living in hell. Roaches and fruit flys from the drains were always around despite a clean apartment, dog feces were all on the sidewalks and grass, never got picked up. The trash cans were always full of people’s garbage reeking for up to a week+.
