Avoid leasing with this company at all costs!! My apartment flooded 11 days ago, and management has done next to nothing to address it. On day one, we were promised that a dehumidifier would be placed in our unit immediately to prevent further damage — something that should have been handled within hours. Zero integrity! Stay away! Worked out all the details when I was in the office to sign the lease. Was told by Kristina my son could pick up the keys on Aug. 1. So we planed his return to school accordingly. When he showed to get the keys on Aug 6. He was told he would have to pay $350 or wait until until Aug. 14. No mention of this previously.
