This place is great... They came out fast and repaired our air conditioning and they were affordable. The technician was a real nice guy who actually knew what he was doing and did a real nice job. I will use this company again based on my experience with the service they provided to us.

I wanted to commend one of their service men. Thankfully in spite of the terrible weather and pouring rain, Ray did not stop and finished the job in the worst of working conditions. I am so glad that he didn't just tell me that the part needed to be ordered. I would never have been the wiser and albeit a bit frustrated and hot. I would have no recourse. We gad a leak under our kitchen sink and Dale fixed it on 2/29/2016. It was tricky, because the leak was in the back of the garbage disposer, and not visible. He figured the whole thing out and replaced it. He also explained some stuff to us about how the plumbing worked. He did a GREAT job and was very nice. It's terrific guys like this that keep us renewing our contract with Pride.

Your new feature to receive a call back without loosing your turn as well as your overall response on the phone are quite an improvement on the crucial front line of a satisfactory service to customers. Much more important than even the price. You just have won a faithful customer!

Our tech Chris repaired a couple of electrcial outlets for us today. This is his second service call to our home in two years.As a management consultant, I used to work with organizations on how to improve their customer service. I have absolutely no suggestions on how Chris could have improved his performance in either the work he performed or his attitude and personality. Once again Chris was excellent. Kudos to your organization for employing people like Chris.

Your plumber Mario came and installed a new bathroom drain stopper for us. We found Marion to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite. His work in the tub seems to be excellent. He was also very helpful in that he examine done of our washbasin stoppers and explained why it does not drain quickly. Kudos to you got hiring professionals like Mario. And thanks to Mario for being so helpful.
