Be very cautious if your case worker is Keyana Curry she claims to have been a nurse for a hospital and an adjuster for workers compensation. She will advise you on things you should stop doing which are the exact same things that will cause you to lose workers compensation she will tell you that her office doesn’t speak with workers compensation at all which is a lie. I attended Pride Rehabilitation from December 2022-June 2023 when I received my impairment rating. I injured my shoulder at the fire department, had surgery four months after I was injured due to worker’s comp incompetence. I struggled through other physical therapist and doctor’s that just couldn’t help because of worker’s comp or wouldn’t help.
