Best property management in Helena. From quality tenants to property upgrades, willie and his team know how to attract quality people who respect properties. He also knows how to repair anything at a property for those budget minded. He remodeled a kitchen and it turned out great like all his projects he’s done. You can’t find that in a property manager. Prickly Pear is the gold standard for Helena.
Can't say enough good things! We booked a temporary rental unseen and everything was as described. To top it off, we accidentally locked ourselves out and Willie showed up asap to help us regain access. We were well taken care of from beginning to end of our stay. Will be contacting Willie if we are ever in the area again!
Willie is the best landlord I’ve ever had. I moved to Helena 3 years ago and found a rental property managed by his company on Craigslist. Seemed a little sketch at the time but he turned out to be more than a landlord and one of my best friends in Montana. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a rental or property management. He goes above and beyond when there is a problem and will ensure you are taken care of as a tenant!!!
