Online order showing as awaiting collection after more than a week. Unsure why an issue they have with their carrier is somehow my problem. Update. The store called and resolved.
The staff were so friendly and not judgemental and didn’t ask a million questions. They respected my privacy whilst going above and beyond and made sure I had everything I needed. Thankyou!
Very rude service .rather saying excuse me can you move ..I need space .staff need training how to talk to customer and advise me to go petrol station or Cole’s rather trying to check another price line product was looking for..please train your staff.i came from caring work..felt like they are avoiding me as I am dirty person.
