First, they were out of stock on a common prescription. The 2nd prescription ointment was $15 more than at Chemists Warehouse. I'll NEVER go there again.

I find it hard to believe and I will not bore you with the details but having moved to the Bay a year ago, went to this place and to say there has hardly ever been constand stuff ups would be a lie. I am about to go back in for the THIRD time in 2 days because of complete stuff ups that happen on perpetual succession. Some errors border in being unlawful and i am annoyed enough that I will be lodging a formal complain to the relevant authority. In my 60's, I have NEVER experienced such incompetence. I attended this pharmacy on a Sunday suffering from what I believe was a migraine, with severe pain behind my eyes, dizziness, fatigue, and a history of stress-related migraines. I explained that stress is a known trigger for me. The pharmacist whose name began with “J” advised that she could not supply the over-the-counter migraine medication without a prescription or a letter from my doctor confirming a previous migraine diagnosis. Was disappointed to drive here on Boxing Day to find out it was closed when their Google Business profile said they were open. Google sends you notices to ask if you will be open on holidays. I get that smaller businesses might miss this but a big brand like yourself should make the effort to update your profile when you won’t be open.
