Bad customer service. On 7 February 2026, I returned an Olay product at the Priceline store in Rhode. The item was purchased two days earlier and returned with the original receipt and sealed packaging, fully following the return policy. The cashier (short-haired Asian woman) was very unfriendly, spoke rudely, and showed an unpleasant attitude during the return. When I said thank you, she did not respond at all.
