Very positive experience. Helpful staff to direct me to the proper aisle to get what I wanted, I spent time browsing and buying lipsticks, a long wait to pay, short staffed. Parking was hard. An 800 metre walk to where I found a space, and I got $102 fine for being in a 1 hour space. This is why I've ignored Prahan for years. If you spend money and time paying and doing stuff, Stonnington council will fine you for being 45 seconds over the one hour limit. No wonder all these businesses are closing down
Worst experience ever, I’m a regular customer, the Asian girl always helps the customer so much, but the brunette girl who dyed her hair blonde, she has no clue what’s going on and always rely on the other staff, I just wanna get ONE THING and it took me more than 20 minutes!! She literally was doing nothing and the other short blonde lady was helpful, trying to fix things but this young blonde girl literally just stood up there what a joke!!
Unfriendly staff! I’ve been here twice and each time I asked them to help me find some products, they acted like it’s not their job to help customers! For the first time I thought they might have a bad day but can’t tolerate this behavior twice and would never shop here again!
Got this product in the clearance section but the colour was very different and I wasn’t allowed a refund. Policy problem?
