Great shop, amazing staff members, great customer service!
This store either needs to open up on time or update their opening hours on the front door. Seriously not that hard. So I shopped elsewhere.
Staff doesn’t listen to what I said. And gaslight me for her mistake. She ask me if I am a member I answered no. Ask me for my phone number and telling me it doesn’t show in the system told her I am not a member then talk back to me why I’m giving her my number then. You ask for it I thought you needed it for click and collect. Simple mistake simple sorry would help. Don’t be mean about it.
I just went in to browse for makeup and skincare but there were mostly empty shelves, the products that were available were not priced or very expensive and I just got one skincare item. But what really soured the whole experience was when I went to pay for my items and was met with disinterested and disdainful look from one of the staff, who was just rude while I was being polite. Another place to not come back when I go to Prahran
