Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful store.
Pialba store. Went in today to return a faulty “safe + sound pill box. Less than 7 days old and the am /pm labels are rubbing off. The staff member called me a liar and accused me of trying to return an old one. She implied I bought a new one and tried to return an old one. The manager also agreed with her. I tried to explain that I bought it last week and why would I try to cheat them out of only $6.97. My family and I will never do business there again. Very very rude staff.
First visit was good, second visit i dropped off 2 prescriptions, had a query about one, said i had shopping to do and would be back, the pharmacist was very helpful and lovely, came back to pick them up and was given only one of my prescriptions and told, no, you only gave us one and an empty box, the 2 people behind the counter swore that i only gave them one, the pharmacist went on the hunt, looking at the camera and computer, and all the while the 2 behind the counter basically calling me for a liar that i only gave them... read more
