Worst customer service ever experienced..
Went to Westfield Hurstville Priceline for a pre-booked flu vaccination today at 4pm only to be told by Geoffrey the store manager that he sent the person who does the vaccination home 20 min before my appointment. I asked him why would you do that when there was a scheduled appointment at 4pm which was confirmed by text message which was also booked online days ago and secondly why would you not have called me that no one is there to vaccinate.
