When returning an intermittently-faulty electrical item 2 days after purchase, the male behind the counter disputed its faultiness. Despite my reiterating it was an intermittent fault, he still disputed my entitlement to a refund - or even an exchange - and is obviously ignorant of the law on returns. When I asked for the "manager", she took exactly the same line. Neither of them have any idea of what quality customer service is.
Hi, Today 24th of May 2026 I was standing waiting at 9:55 am with my daughter to get a vaccine. The pharmacist arrived late 10: 10 am. She forgotten the door keys of the pharmacy. She dressed up like she is going to jog. She didn't apologise to customer or informed that she forgotten the keys. She didn't look worried, she left her stuff at the front door and I think she went to get food. The 2 workers apologise and told us that someone is bringing the keys in 15 minutes. I had such a lovely shopping experience at Priceline Pharmacy at Hurstville Westfield thanks to Kat. She approached me with a warm, friendly manner and was incredibly knowledgeable about hair products. She took the time to answer all my questions with so much patience and kindness, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Thank you, Kat, for making my visit so pleasant! ☺️
I already 2 times to pick up click and collect. On google they close for pick up 6 pm but i go there 5.05 pm already close. So annoying. Wasting time !
Employees don’t acknowledge customers who are waiting to be served standing right in front of them. Instead they continue chattin. It’s great
