I visit Priceline quite often, and the staffs are always really helpful. Recently I had a great experience with a staff member named Yumi. She took the time to help me find the perfect shade of foundation and also recommended a beautiful lipstick and liner. I am absolutely loving the shades she suggested. I am really happy with the service and truly appreciate Yumi’s help. Thank you so much.
The young women at the pharmacy could highly benefit from a review of proper customer service practices. When I dropped off my prescription, the staff member hardly addressed me and took the prescription from my hands without providing any basic information, such as the wait time or whether I preferred a generic or brand-name option. Large pharmacy with attractive pink themes is open from 8am till evening every day. You can get your prescriptions done while you do your grocery shopping on the same level. We find Priceline prices competitive especially their specials which run out of stock quickly. Have to be quick I guess. Staff are friendly and helpful in finding the right product for you. Free 3 hour parking available on same floor nearby at Westfield Hornsby.
